Hot Stuff Chili

Hot Stuff Chili from Eating for Life - From a friend on FB

2lbs lean ground beef
1 white onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
3 jalapeƱos, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
3 cans low fat reduced sodium beef broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili beans in sauce
2 cans of tomato sauce (optional)

Brown the meat and throw everything in crosckpot on low for 8 hours
