Chicken Tortilla Soup

I love soup and I can across this recipe that I can't wait to try. I'll update once I've tried it.


Ingredients:
2 skinless chicken breasts frozen
1 10 oz package frozen corn
1 10 oz package frozen chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, pressed
24 oz chicken broth (I used two 14.5 oz cans)
10 oz tomato sauce
10 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
sprinkle of dried cilantro
1 bay leaf
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Shred chicken before serving.
